What You'll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of Marqeta customers for daily operational success, serving as a trusted point of contact.
- Support the Account Management team by documenting processes, creating templates, and analyzing customer data.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
Who You Are:
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or operations; open to recent graduates.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proactive, process-oriented, and genuinely curious about fintech and payments.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of 84,000 - 105,000 CAD, plus performance-based bonuses.
