Role Overview:
- Manage strategic customer relationships and drive business growth within a global technology environment.
- Act as a trusted advisor for organizations navigating Microsoft 365 governance and adoption.
- Own a portfolio of accounts, leading renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts by leading renewals and increasing recurring revenue through upgrades and cross-selling.
- Build trusted relationships with IT stakeholders and understand their evolving technology needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and remove obstacles.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success in a goal-oriented commercial role.
- Proven ability to deliver consultative, value-driven customer experiences.
- Strong communication skills in English; French proficiency is an asset.

- Base salary range $75,000-$90,000 CAD plus variable compensation and long-term incentive program.
