Compensation:
- Base salary: $75k to $90k, reflecting Canada-wide scale; pay mix is 65% base and 35% variable.
- OTE: $115k–$138k, with LTIP program and RRSP.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of account management or sales experience in a target-driven environment.
- Strong English communication skills; French is an asset.
- Proven ability to deliver consultative, value-based customer experiences.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, or similar CRM tools; comfort using AI tools daily.
