Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the commercial relationship for a portfolio of EMEA Commercial Drata customers, leading renewals and expansion.
  • Create, manage, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities, on and off cycle.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Technical Support, Marketing, Product, and leadership to drive customer outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of success in Account Management or SaaS Sales with a focus on renewals and negotiations.
  • Strong customer management skills to uncover needs and build trust with multiple stakeholders.
  • Executive presence and excellent communication skills tailored to different audiences.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • On-Target Earnings range of £105,700 - £130,500, plus stock equity (RSUs).
