As a Senior Implementation Manager at Drata, you’ll lead complex, strategic customer implementations. You’ll partner with global organizations to drive meaningful outcomes during their journey with Drata—ensuring rapid time-to-value, adoption, and long-term success. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and contribute to the evolution of Drata’s implementation methodology.

Design and execute customer growth programs that drive expansion, adoption, and retention across the customer journey. This role combines growth marketing with lifecycle marketing, building targeted communications. Partner with Account Management, CSG, Revenue, and Field Marketing teams to maximize account penetration and deliver impactful lifecycle experiences.

As a Senior Marketing Engineer, you will serve as the technical bridge of our marketing organization, translating data and AI innovation directly into marketing outcomes. Your mission is to accelerate multi‑channel campaign launches, personalize content at scale, and optimize funnel conversion. You will stitch together CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to transform data into automated lead scoring.

This role is crucial for supporting our 'connected planning' efforts, assisting with the annual plan process, and consolidating GTM capacity models and shared analytics. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, building reports, and providing foundational support for strategic GTM decision-making in an Enterprise B2B SaaS environment.

The Software Engineering Manager will map out, coordinate, and oversee the activities for the design, development, and execution of our software applications. To be successful in this role it is critical to apply communication and analytical skills and knowledge of best practices to navigate the team on problems related to the application’s development.
