Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and serve as main contact for questions, renewals, and account updates.
  • Monitor usage and account health, creating action plans for at-risk accounts.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, renewal meetings, and quarterly business reviews.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales.
  • Proven track record of hitting renewal and upsell targets.
  • Fluent English and French required; Spanish preferred.

Compensation:

  • Base salary $80,000-90,000 CAD plus commission of $20,000-40,000, total OTE $100,000-130,000 CAD.
  • 15 vacation days, company-wide holiday closure, 5 sick days, and flexible schedule.
