Role Overview:

  • You will manage a high-volume portfolio of existing customers, driving renewals and upsells through automation and data-driven prioritization.
  • This role combines account management, revenue generation, and operational excellence to build scalable motions for customer growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Segment and prioritize accounts using scalable tiering strategies, and launch automated campaigns to drive engagement.
  • Analyze customer usage data to proactively identify expansion opportunities and churn risks.
  • Lead business negotiations and optimize renewal workflows for your portfolio.
