THE ROLE:
- Temporary, hourly engagement with potential to grow into a longer-term role.
- Own defined pieces of the creative workflow and help work get out on time.
- Contribute to using AI and automation to work smarter.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support end-to-end creative and marketing workflows including intake, tracking, and prioritization.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and alignment across multiple teams.
- Assist in adopting AI tools and identifying process improvements for scalability.
ABOUT YOU:
- 2-4 years of experience in creative operations, marketing operations, or project management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a proactive communication style.
WHAT SETS YOU APART:
- Exposure to paid creative or performance marketing environments.
- Experience supporting vendors, budgets, or production workflows.
- Familiarity with tools like Airtable and Claude.
