Our Software Architects are “hands-on” problem solvers who coach our engineers on code organization, technical debt solving and big features implementation. They are accountable for leading tech roadmaps (performance scalability, security…), experiment new technologies, make PoCs and make sure our architecture remains a reference in the SaaS industry. As a key role on the Customer Team in the German market, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the region’s success through our clients’ success. In the Build phase, you will manage the implementation team whose mission is to support customers during the launch of their new collaborative learning software, acting as a project manager when local language is needed. Once they are live on the platform, you will continue to support our clients in their digital training strategy through the 360Learning platform.

As a Senior Account Executive on the North American Enterprise Account team, this role is responsible for driving revenue in North America with a focus on the Enterprise segment (5,000+ employees). Committed to learning and perfectly executing sales methodologies to hit quota and grow sales skills. Must be based in Canada.
As HR Business Partner, you will lead impactful initiatives that elevate employee engagement, foster a culture of learning and growth, and enhance organizational resilience. Your focus will be on supporting and guiding coaches to enable compelling career and work experiences, maximizing both performance and engagement. You will partner with internal centers of expertise to deliver impactful processes and business performance, supported by an HR Ops Associate and reporting to the Chief People and Culture Officer.
Assist with key financial processes and contribute to the efficient running of the department. Support the Customer cash collection process, including sending reminders, following up with customers, and identifying blocking situations. Manage the shared billing e-mail address and assist with setting up and managing direct debit collections from customers. Process vendor payments accurately and on time and support employees in submitting expense claims.
