Job Description

360Learning is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join the DACH team, responsible for generating opportunities from top priority accounts. You will create business opportunities for DACH Account Executives through inbound and outbound leads qualification, using modern Sales Development Techniques & tools. This role is crucial for building a strong sales pipeline. The position involves qualifying inbound and outbound leads, pitching the product to interested prospects, and understanding customer pain points to offer relevant solutions. Collaboration with various teams including marketing, demand generation, and sales will provide opportunities for continuous learning and coaching. The role also involves evangelizing collaborative learning in the market and presenting the 360Learning value proposition. You will master tool stacks like SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong, and contribute to improving lead quality and generating innovative lead generation ideas.
