As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you will play a decisive role in the growth of 360Learning's business, joining a team of 5 KAMs (Mid-market). In charge of around 100 accounts (existing customers from 100 to 2,500 employees), the KAM role is 80% sales oriented, focused on developing your portfolio and generating growth. You will collaborate with Client Success Partners and internal experts to succeed in your upsell and cross-sell actions. Build trustful, long-term relationships.

In the Account Management Team, you will take on a central role as the first point of contact for our B2B customers with a vehicle fleet of two to nine vehicles. After the sales team successfully concludes the initial contract, you and your colleagues will continue to support the customer relationship. As an Account Manager, you are responsible for providing personal advice and long-term loyalty to our existing customers, especially when it comes to extending existing subscriptions or booking a follow-up subscription.
