Job Description

Own pipeline creation for the DACH market to speed up 360Learning’s growth. Manage performance and ensure the DACH market hits their marketing and sales targets. This position offers an incredible opportunity to spend nearly a year learning the ins-and-outs of a high-performance marketing org, and to work directly with talented individuals across the entire company. Within 3 months, you will own the DACH Demand Gen budget, be accountable for achieving our DACH SQL targets, work closely with the EMEA Paid Media Manager on allocating budget across channels, define and execute your marketing experiment roadmap to monitor & improve all marketing touchpoints, partner with DACH BDRs to improve lead follow up and increase the conversion rate of MQLs to SQLs and be the DACH Sales team point of contact for all marketing-related questions. Within 6 months, you will collaborate with the rest of the EMEA marketing team to create more ambitious & complex campaigns, unlock new acquisition channels to scale demand generation in DACH and feed the Product Marketing team with business insights based on your campaigns results thus building your knowledge of the L&D industry.
