Category & Business Leadership:

  • Own category strategy for the established licensed businesses within the Licensing portfolio.
  • Growth plans, assortment and channel strategy and long range roadmaps.
  • Manage commercial terms and lead business reviews ensuring accountability against financial, operational and brand KPIs.

Product, Brand and GTM Execution:

  • Align licensing roadmaps with global brand moments, marketing strategies, and seasonal priorities.
  • Partner with Design & Merchandising throughout the CTC process to ensure product is brand right and consumer relevant.

Financial Ownership & Forecasting:

  • Own licensing forecast, royalty tracking and variance management with cluster Finance partners (communication of risks and opportunities).
  • Leverage reporting and insights to guide product and assortment decisions.
