Responsibilities:

  • Work with account management reps to ensure deep client understanding and drive net dollar retention.
  • Manage and report key weekly and monthly operational metrics for team and individual performance.
  • Recruit, hire, and nurture a world-class account management team.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience leading SMB and Mid-Market account management teams.
  • Experience managing a gross revenue quota of $5M+ annually.
  • Strong familiarity negotiating deals of $20-75k and building account plans.
