Manager, Account Management

Responsibilities:

• Leads a team across multiple verticals, solutions, and geographies.
• Supports team in building deep client relationships and solving business problems.
• Oversees account planning, hiring, and team member development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 7+ years of sales or account management in complex SaaS, plus 3+ years managing a team.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
