Accountabilities:

  • Support implementation of new Workday Absence and Time Tracking plans and related global projects.
  • Partner with HR and Payroll stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Absence and Time Tracking configuration.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Absence and Time Tracking.
  • Workday certification in Absence and/or Time Tracking is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of global time-tracking requirements and leave/absence policy design.
