Core Responsibilities:
- Configure and update benefit plans, eligibility rules, and coverage levels for open enrollment.
- Lead end-to-end testing of open enrollment events and validate business processes.
- Audit and generate IRS year-end ACA reporting files and manage EIBs for mass data loading.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3–5+ years of Workday Benefits and ACA Processing experience.
- Proven experience running at least two full Open Enrolment lifecycles in Workday.
- Strong skills in Workday Benefits Config, EIB mass loads, Calculated Fields, and Custom Reporting.
About the Role:
- This is a remote, 6-month+ contract W2 position.
- It bridges functional configuration and system administration, not just development or reporting.
- Partner directly with benefits stakeholders to translate plan changes into system requirements.
