What you will do:
- Configure, test, and deploy Workday business processes end-to-end, including conditional rules and approvals.
- Optimize People Systems to simplify workflows and improve end-user experience for employees and managers.
- Maintain security, reporting, and integration support.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of Workday HCM administration with independent configuration skills.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a focus on end-user experience.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
