What you’ll do at Figma:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HRIS Specialists by building technical depth through cross-training, documentation, and shared ownership across Workday functional areas.
- Evolve the team's operating model, including project intake, prioritization, sprint planning, capacity planning, and release management.
- Manage work across internal HRIS team members and external implementation partners, balancing quality, speed, and cost.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 8+ years in HRIS or People Technology, with deep expertise in Workday configuration across HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, and Integrations.
- Proven success leading and developing high-performing HRIS or People Technology teams.
- Strong track record of managing work across internal teams and external implementation partners to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Pay Transparency Disclosure:
- Annual Base Salary Range: $169,000 - $296,000 USD.
