How You Will Contribute:
- Serve as the primary IT partner for HR technology, connecting HR leadership and Enterprise IT to build a shared platform strategy and roadmap.
- Assess and stabilize the current state of the HR technology ecosystem, identifying gaps and building a clear path forward.
- Define and maintain clear point-of-view documentation for HR systems and the broader technology landscape.
What You Will Bring:
- Experience owning or managing enterprise technology platforms such as ERP, HRIS, or comparable application ecosystems.
- A technical foundation that informs product thinking, understanding how systems are built.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into system strategy, governance frameworks, and execution plans.
