You will drive both the vision and execution of the Deputy API platform and our Integration Marketplace. You’ll work at the intersection of product, engineering, and strategic partnerships to help create seamless experiences between Deputy and the HRIS, Payroll, Point-of-Sale and ISV platforms that our customers rely on every single day. You will combine technical acumen and strategic thinking with strong execution skills to help us accelerate growth and drive new partnerships for the Deputy platform.

Lead the strategy and roadmap for AI, Integration, and Analytics across the Redzone platform. Define how Redzone connects seamlessly into the broader manufacturing tech ecosystem—unlocking data from ERP, MES, HRIS, and OT systems to deliver intelligent workflows and actionable insights for the frontline. Own the vision and execution for integrating with enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, Ignition, GE Proficy, Workday, Kronos, and others.
