The responsibilities include proficiency in observability tools (New Relic, DataDog) for proactive outage reduction and rapid detection, delivering using CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodeDeploy, GitHub Actions, Jenkins), and managing remote engineering teams across multiple time zones.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product, Architecture, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions that drive our platform forward. You will provide both technical leadership and people management—ensuring strong engineering practices, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality software at scale. We're seeking an innovative Senior Product Manager to drive the strategic evolution of our global workforce platform. In this role, you'll be the critical bridge between cutting-edge technology and transformative workforce solutions, shaping products that empower businesses to hire, pay, and manage global teams seamlessly.

Design and develop our cloud-enabled products, working on all parts of the code stack as we utilize modern frameworks and technologies; Collaborate with stakeholders within the business including Product team and User-Experience team to understand their requirements/criteria; Advocate and evangelize modern agile methodologies and best practices; Take a role in translating requirements to sprint stories and executing on them.

Design and develop our best-in-class cloud platform, working on all parts of the G-P ecosystem and building frameworks and services to build the platform. Develop solutions that fit a cloud-managed and serverless-first platform ecosystem. Build quick prototypes to refine concepts, then turn them into real production-quality features.
