About the Role:
- Technical lead for Marketing Technology, owning the public web platform.
- Drive architectural evolution and day-to-day engineering execution.
Technical Leadership:
- Architect scalable global web platforms with edge caching and i18n.
- Lead Agentic AI initiatives, including autonomous agents and RAG pipelines.
- Set engineering standards and mentor mid-to-senior engineers.
Required Experience:
- 8+ years of software engineering with 2+ years as tech lead.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js/Python, and AWS.
- Hands-on experience with AI agents and LLM workflows in production.
