You will own full-cycle recruitment for Technical, GTM, and corporate roles across global markets.
You will present sales compensation plans and collaborate with HR and legal on compliance.
You will partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and manage offer negotiations.

What We Look For:

3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience with technical and non-technical roles.
Based in Ireland or compatible EMEA hours, with cross-border hiring exposure.
Proficiency with Greenhouse and advanced sourcing methodologies.
