Role Overview:
- Lead complex, multi-country onboarding implementations end-to-end.
- Act as the single operational point of contact for enterprise clients and internal Customer Success teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal HR Ops regional teams with Customer Success and Sales.
- Oversee global compliance, risk mitigation, and payroll setup across jurisdictions.
- Drive client activation and platform adoption with a white-glove experience.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years in Enterprise Implementation, Customer Onboarding, or Operations Delivery.
- Direct exposure to global employment mechanics and enterprise project management.
- Excellent communication and consultative leadership skills.
