About the Role:
- You will be the first touchpoint after the sale, reporting to the Director of Customer Success.
- You will help build a scalable onboarding function that delights enterprise strategic customers.
- You will focus on building trusted relationships and aligning employers on their goals for a successful launch.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a customer-facing role with project management experience (customer success, education, or implementation).
- Excellent executive-level communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project and time management skills with a data-informed approach.
