What you will do:
- Lead end-to-end customer implementations from project handoff through installation, go-live, and transition to ongoing support.
- Develop and maintain project plans including scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and risks.
- Facilitate kickoffs, implementation meetings, readiness reviews, and post-launch follow-up activities.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience managing customer implementations or related projects.
- Experience in healthcare, healthcare services, or regulated industries.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
