About the Role:
- Own client implementations end-to-end from Sales handoff through go-live.
- Manage technical setup and partner with Engineering on pipeline enablement and troubleshooting.
What You'll Do:
- Run kickoffs, working sessions, and status updates independently.
- Coordinate training, readiness checks, and smooth handoff to Client Success.
- Improve implementation process and documentation under the Implementation Lead's direction.
Who You Are:
- 4+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or project management.
- Hands-on experience with SFTP and client configuration.
- Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments and managing complex stakeholders.
