New Implementation Manager

Core Responsibilities:

• Independently lead multiple customer implementation projects from kickoff through successful production launch.
• Manage scope, schedule, risks, and customer expectations while partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Translate business objectives into scalable platform configurations and guide customers through technical and operational decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading SaaS implementations or customer-facing project management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
