Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation activities for assigned growth and strategic healthcare clients, ensuring deployments remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
- Serve as a primary implementation contact, facilitating stakeholder meetings and maintaining strong communication, alignment, and momentum throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering milestones, deliverables, deadlines, success metrics, risks, and client commitments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or at least four years of implementation experience within a healthcare organization.
- At least three years of specialized experience with payer enrollment, training, and/or change management within large healthcare organizations.
- At least two years of experience supporting healthcare software or one year working for a healthcare clearinghouse.
