Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor to client leadership teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Lead implementation readiness assessments, shape governance models, and facilitate strategic planning for complex programs.
- Mentor others and shape best practices to elevate team performance and implementation quality.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of SaaS implementation experience and 5+ years leading transformational programs.
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred Master's degree or PMP/CSM certifications.
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare and employee benefits ecosystem with executive stakeholder management.
