The Network Strategy Manager is responsible for overseeing the evaluation, monitoring, and remediation of provider network adequacy to ensure compliance with federal, state, and contractual requirements. This role ensures the organization maintains sufficient access to healthcare services for its members by identifying network gaps, driving remediation strategies, and supporting regulatory filings such as CMS, Medicaid, accreditation and state-based submissions.

In this role, you will play an integral part understanding the needs and priorities of Vida’s clients, working directly with them and benefits partners to devise strategies and solutions. Deep knowledge of healthcare ecosystem processes, strategy development, leading business readiness initiatives end-to-end, data analysis and consensus building is needed. As the Director, Operations Strategy & Insights, you will work across the Operations function to track and understand business performance, develop insights, and execute large scale initiatives impacting our end-to-end service delivery. You will partner with leaders across Clinical Operations, Customer Operations, Revenue Cycle, and Customer Success to lead major business transformation initiatives.

The Manager of Strategic Planning will play a pivotal role in architecting and fortifying robust processes that elevate prioritization, forecasting, and decision-making within the strategic landscape of our Medicare Advantage business. The Manager will collaborate with a diverse array of key internal stakeholders to drive this transformation and help shape future Aledade Plus initiatives.
