Support the Innovation team's discovery of new initiatives by conducting market research and literature reviews. Review academic journals to identify evidence-based interventions. Work cross-collaboratively with key stakeholders and internal teams, analyze information, and make recommendations within the healthcare system.

Responsible for strategic analysis, evaluation and program development to strengthen outcomes for clients, providers and members. Requires experience with financial analysis, strategic planning, and clear reporting. Leverage existing expertise and expand it to different areas or clients. Conduct strategic planning, develop recommendations evidenced by data, and execute clinical strategies around provider and member engagement models.
