Sr. Director, Diagnostics Strategy & Optimization

Hims & Hers is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Sr. Director, Diagnostics Strategy & Optimization to drive the next phase of growth and efficiency across our diagnostics and lab network. This leader will own the strategy, planning, and execution of initiatives that optimize lab operations and scale our diagnostics infrastructure to support the company’s growth goals. The role involves developing the diagnostics strategy, leading key strategic initiatives, partnering cross-functionally, establishing operational excellence frameworks, building and mentoring a high-performing team, driving continuous improvement, and acting as a strategic thought partner. This is a high visibility and impact role that directly supports the company’s cost structure, scalability, and long-term growth.
