The Sr. Director will own the strategy, planning, and execution of initiatives that optimize lab operations and scale our diagnostics infrastructure to support the company’s growth goals. This person will build and lead a team of program managers to deliver a robust portfolio of operational and strategic initiatives across the diagnostics space. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across clinical and diagnostic lab operations, finance, procurement, technology, and data science to build a world-class diagnostics function.
The Solutions Strategy Manager defines and drives Ollion’s regional portfolio of productised solutions across Cloud, Data, AI, Managed Services, and Data Pipes. This role is responsible for designing offerings that are commercially viable, delivery-ready, and aligned with both partner ecosystems and market demand.
Work directly with the founding team on growth and operations, investigating why deals drop off or customers churn. Design and implement fixes, analyze funnel performance, create playbooks, and join client conversations. Build sales decks, onboarding guides, training content, and case studies, shaping the systems that will scale the business.
As a member of the User Risk Strategy team, you’ll lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that strengthen trust, minimize risk, and support Stripe’s most strategic users. You’ll partner with Risk, Product, Partnerships, Legal, Sales, and Data Science to design scalable solutions that improve Stripe’s controls and user experience. This role blends program execution, risk expertise, and user engagement.
