Solutions Strategy Manager

The Solutions Strategy Manager defines and drives Ollion’s regional portfolio of productised solutions across Cloud, Data, AI, Managed Services, and Data Pipes. Reporting into the Head of Product & Service Strategy, this role is responsible for designing offerings that are commercially viable, delivery-ready, and aligned with both partner ecosystems and market demand. Operating at the intersection of strategy, product management, and go-to-market execution, the Solutions Strategy Manager will lead the packaging and continuous refinement of Ollion’s service catalogues - spanning professional services, managed services, and platform-based solutions. The goal is to create a coherent, scalable portfolio that strengthens Ollion’s differentiation and drives predictable growth. We’re looking for a builder-operator - someone who can think strategically and execute tactically. The ideal candidate is a hands-on innovator, able to challenge conventional thinking and craft original, pragmatic solutions rather than simply replaying a traditional consulting playbook. This person thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly from concept to action, and brings energy, creativity, and ownership to turning ideas into measurable results.
