As a Principal Program Strategist on the Presales Strategy & Innovation (S&I) team, you will be a key driver and owner of transformative programs and strategic initiatives. This position will require thought leadership and strong cross-functional collaboration to standardize common processes, establish and champion standard methodologies to improve GTM velocity and efficiency, and cultivate a thriving organizational culture and community.

This role supports defining and prioritizing Beckman’s Immunoassay innovation and R&D pipeline, leading cross-functional initiatives, and capability building to support product management across the product lifecycle. A pivotal role in identifying unmet clinical needs and translating those needs into products and in managing the sustainment and post-launch evolution of our product portfolio.

In this role, you will serve as a “GMs” for hire, diving into a wide array of problems that drive impact for the business across operations, products, go-to-market, and analytics. You will work cross-functionally within our group and across Stripe’s technical and user-facing teams to solve problems and design workflows that benefit our users. You will work on cross-cutting company strategy projects and collaborate with teams to implement changes.
