About the Role:
- Drive business growth through operational efficiency, strategic execution, and cross-functional project leadership.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities, translate business needs into clear requirements, and own initiatives from discovery to launch.
- Design scalable processes and use data to measure performance and optimize solutions.
Ideal Candidate:
- 6+ years in strategy, operations, product management, or consulting in high-growth fintech.
- Strong product management, analytical, and communication skills; SQL and BI tools are a plus.
