Role Overview:
- You will own a domain of company performance, from diagnosis and strategic roadmap to realized value.
- You will work closely with executives, Finance, Operations, Product, Data Engineering, and AI teams to turn ambiguity into structured decisions.
What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of three to four while building management systems, operating cadences, and standards that scale.
- Facilitate executive discussions and drive initiatives through implementation and adoption for measurable results.
- Establish frameworks for evaluating AI investments based on business cases and operational value.
What We're Looking For:
- 7–9 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or product development.
- Deep analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Python, and SQL.
- Proven ability to manage and develop teams and succeed in ambiguous environments.
