About the role:
- Director of Strategic Operations reporting directly to the US CEO.
- Acts as a trusted thought partner shaping priorities and turning strategy into action.
What you'll do:
- Structure complex problems and develop recommendations on critical business decisions.
- Drive the operating rhythm, establish goals, and keep execution moving.
- Build KPIs to track strategy effectiveness and identify course corrections.
What you'll bring:
- 15+ years of experience including significant strategy consulting background.
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive measurable outcomes.
- Practical experience with AI tools to improve workflows and analysis.
