Responsibilities:

  • Own team utilization, capacity planning, and billability, maintaining the resource model and forecasting capacity.
  • Build and manage the workforce planning model, serving as central resource for headcount strategy and team economics.
  • Drive AI and automation adoption across operations, deploying systems to eliminate manual bottlenecks.

Success:

  • Month 1: Deliver a written assessment of what's broken and a 6-month roadmap with stack-ranked priorities.
  • Month 3: Rebuilt utilization and billability reporting that leadership uses weekly, with documented diagnosis of top operational problems.
  • Month 6: A workforce planning model leadership uses for decisions, with at least two deployed AI workflows.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of operations experience with at least 3 years in agency, consulting, or professional services.
  • Direct management experience, including coaching, setting expectations, and giving hard feedback.
  • Proven experience shipping AI into an organization with sustained adoption.
