• Drive financial performance through P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting across a portfolio of small businesses.
• Coach and support company leaders to achieve revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow targets while identifying turnaround opportunities.
• Serve as a liaison between network companies and Teamshares, preparing regular updates on risks, synergies, and strategic initiatives.

As a small team, we are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Industry Lead to help oversee a portfolio of 4–6 specialty food and beverage retail businesses.
