As Staff Designer for the growth team, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives redefining core user experiences. You’ll drive zero-to-one user journeys, create intelligent and contextual monetization flows, and deliver intuitive, powerful experiences. This role requires strong systems thinking, close collaboration with UXR and data, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Lead end-to-end design strategy for high-impact growth initiatives, driving the full process from identifying opportunities to delivering refined solutions, partnering closely with product, engineering, data, research, and design leadership. Set the vision for how growth principles shape QuillBot’s next-generation creative experience. Orchestrate cross-functional experimentation and Drive cross-product cohesion.
Own the overall application architecture and ensure high scalability and resilience. Work with Engineering teams to ensure optimum solution design for each of the new features / -modules developed. Work on POCs for new experiments / technological inclusions, and collaborate with engineering teams to implement Architectural improvements. Set up best practices for development and champion their adoption.
