About the Role:
- Lead the strategic vision for DashPass, one of DoorDash's highest-priority marketplace businesses.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across acquisition, member value, and profitability to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

Who You Are:
- A proven leader with 10+ years of management experience, ideally in marketplace or subscription businesses.
- A strategic operator with a bias to action, ability to navigate ambiguity, and a track record of company-wide impact.
- A compelling communicator who can influence senior executives and build world-class teams.
