Responsibilities:
- Stand up Account Management for LCSP: cadences, partner health, performance incentives, and the playbook for scaling.
- Own the strategy for onboarding partners — how we find, launch, and ramp without the process breaking as we scale.
- Oversee onboarding and sales in the near term, with the mandate to build that function out over time.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in high-growth environments (tech, fintech, strategy & ops, consulting, or banking).
- Proven ability to manage business partners and turn insights into improvements.
- Comfort with SQL/Excel and solving vague problems with data.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range $136,000 - $200,000 USD, plus equity grants.
