About the Role:
- This role will be responsible for identifying and resolving operational issues throughout the merchant lifecycle.
- You will master the essential functions of Merchant Services, including onboarding and managing workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal business partners to support best-in-class performance.
- Manage cross-functional projects to improve internal tools for sales and partner management teams.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline routine operations and ensure legal compliance.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in project management or operations.
- Strong written/verbal communications and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and Google Suite.
