About the Role:
- Own the day-to-day operations for 15-20 locations in a U.S. region via 3P relationships.
- Report directly to the Senior Manager, Parcel and travel up to 40%.
What You'll Do:
- Ensure all site processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
- Design process improvement projects to boost efficiency and service quality.
- Collaborate with central teams to deliver the best customer experience.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in operations-heavy environments.
- 4-6+ years in warehousing or logistics, preferably with 3PLs.
- Analytical with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and SQL familiarity.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base pay ranges from $105,400 to $155,000 plus equity.
