About the Role:
- Own visit delivery for a defined set of client programs with accountability for SLA, cost, and roster health.
- Solve complex, ambiguous problems that come with scaling a fast-growing telehealth marketplace.
- Balance day-to-day operational ownership with strategic cross-functional projects.
What You'll Do:
- Manage marketplace performance outcomes, cost plans, and real-time escalation playbooks.
- Partner with Customer Success and lead launch supply readiness for new client programs.
- Deploy incentive spend within guardrails and optimize clinician pay cost.
Who You Are:
- An operator with experience in high-demand marketplace or logistics environments.
- Strong data fluency (SQL, Looker, Excel) and ability to drive decisions from data.
- A clear communicator who authors procedures and collaborates across teams.
