The Opportunity:
- You’ll sit at the center of our Marketplace business, owning a portfolio of initiatives across multiple teams.
- You’ll bring structure and visibility to workstreams, connect dependencies, and make sure priorities turn into action.
- You’ll dig into data, verify progress, and help keep teams accountable.
Where You’ll Make an Impact:
- Own the Marketplace Operations project portfolio from planning through execution.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, Sales, and partner teams.
- Use data, dashboards, and SQL to independently validate project status.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- 4 to 8 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a metrics-driven environment.
- Working SQL knowledge and fluency with performance KPIs.
- Strong executive communication skills and ability to surface risks early.
