Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, action trackers, and other project management tools to monitor milestones and deliverables.
  • Produce executive-level status reports, dashboards, policies, SOPs, templates, presentations, and communication plans.
  • Facilitate working sessions, stakeholder meetings, and decision-making forums to support timely completion of assigned work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and a minimum of four years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs.
  • PMP certification or similar, with experience supporting a large corporation or government agency, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Master's degree and eight or more years of experience managing large-scale programs in a healthcare organization.
  • Familiarity with the Department of Veterans Affairs, especially specialty care or enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Experience developing executive dashboards, SharePoint sites, and Microsoft Teams collaboration tools.
