Business Lead

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between VFMP business stakeholders and delivery teams across multiple operations.
• Facilitate business requirement gathering and coordination sessions, publishing meeting notes in the project repository.
• Develop business rules and requirements for front-end data extraction and downstream system integration.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience managing projects or leading business delivery for a large corporation or government agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and PMP certification or similar.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating stakeholder sessions and developing business requirements and process documentation.
